My husband and I had the pleasure of attending a 70th Birthday Celebration which was catered by East Coast MPC. The dishes prepared by Chef Caroline were absolutely delicious. The appetizers were delicious…the main course superb. We truly enjoyed the meal very much. Chef Caroline and her staff were very friendly and professional. I used East Coast catering service for a Christmas event with about 50 guests, and everything was excellent. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our guests complimented the food throughout the event, and there was plenty for everyone. Chef Carolyn service was professional, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any event, large or small, and will definitely use them again.

The salad selection was impressive, with numerous fresh choices and an assortment of homemade dressings that were absolutely fantastic. The Cornish hens were the best I've had in a very long time—perfectly seasoned, incredibly tender, and practically falling off the bone. Every bite was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The birthday cake was very good, but the bread pudding was truly exceptional. It was on a completely different level and easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. I genuinely enjoyed every single thing I tasted. What impressed me even more was the value. After looking at their prices, I was amazed by how much food and quality you receive for the cost.
